Check out the traffic dashboard, the UDOT Traffic Cameras in each canyon, digital signs and road weather forecasts. Need a car rental or shuttle to get to your ski lodge? Get more info about transit here.

Each resort in the Cottonwood Canyons has their own policies and parking systems, but all have digital signs at the mouth of the canyons to notify visitors of their parking lots status (limited, full, etc.). Please read these signs before driving up.

👋SR-190 & SR-210 TIPS 

Busy day expected 👇

🅿️ Park well: fines range from $75-$150 for illegal roadside parking. 

✅ Opt out of driving: wait for the Ride UTA ski bus.

✅ Obey all posted signs and park to the right of the white line. 

✅ Check resort parking status before heading up.

Lower: dry

Mid/Upper: damp with patchy ice

📍Ice starts near S-Turns (MP 6.5), most ice near Solitude Mountain Resort and Brighton Resort.

👀 Watch for our crews on your way up. They’re clearing shoulders and parking areas throughout canyon.

Please park at the edges so we can clean up the lot better. We appreciate this person moving so we can take care of business. 🤙

👀 BE ALERT: Crews are clearing shoulders and parking areas throughout canyon. They can’t see you as easily as you see them.

👉 Don’t drive distracted 

👉 Give crews room to work 

👉 Fill your carpool or wait for bus

👉 Leave early or enjoy aprés ski activities. Tis the season to have patience with your fellow travelers.
