Each resort in the Cottonwood Canyons has their own policies and parking systems, but all have digital signs at the mouth of the canyons to notify visitors of their parking lots status (limited, full, etc.). Please read these signs before driving up.

⚠️ Crash Alert ⚠️
SR-210: Single vehicle rollover – slick spots / wet road conditions. No injuries or lanes blocked. SLC CO Sheriff on the scene.
📍: South of Tanners Flat (MP 7)
UDOT plows are in canyon.
EXPECT: Travel delays/stopped traffic in both directions as vehicle are being cleared.

A high volume of traffic headed up both canyons this AM. Expect delays!

6am(12/27) – 6pm(12/27): Snow expected on and off all day. Expect an additional 4-7″ of road snow near the resorts.
6pm(12/27) – 6am(12/28): Overnight snow showers 3-6”. Slick ice may develop overnight with the drop in temps.

SR-210 TRAVEL TIPS
Your vehicle needs to be prepared & you need to have good winter driving skills to/from Snowbird Alta.
If you have neither of those things, carpool with a friend who does or take the UTA ski bus for a ride!
