Going to Alta Ski Area or Snowbird? You’ll be traveling in Little Cottonwood Canyon (SR-210). Going to Brighton or Solitude? Head up Big Cottonwood Canyon (SR-190).

6am (12/6) – 6pm (12/6): Snow all morning and may be heavy early. Snow turns more intermittent through afternoon. Additional 2-6″ road snow possible.

6pm (12/6) – 6am (12/7): Predicted to be dry but lingering showers possible before midnight.

Upper: slush/snow

📍Slush starts near Butlers (MP 9), watch for icy spots in upper canyon. Most snow/ice above Cardiff (MP 10).

🚨Traction devices REQUIRED

‼️Crews are out: be cautious on your way to Solitude Mountain Resort and Brighton Resort.

Your vehicle needs to be prepared for conditions in upper canyon this AM to/from Snowbird, Alta Ski Area and Town of Alta.

Roads slick & snow covered near resorts.
