SR-190 OPEN: @UDOTAvy avalanche mitigation test firing complete.

Thank you for respecting our road & backcountry closures so we could test our equipment.

‼️Travel delays to/from @BrightonResort @SolitudeMTN @BrightonUT are possible as the queue clears.
